1. This product is engineered and certified with great care for your satisfaction and safety.
2. This warranty applies to the repair or replacement of product found to be defective in material or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from abusive or unreasonable use, neglect, accident, normal wear, supplemental damage, wear on rubber wheels and rubber belts or alterations by unauthorized person. You must first read the operating instructions before you attempt to use this product for the warranty to be valid. AOK GLOBAL PRODUCTS LTD. is not liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature. 3. AOK GLOBAL PRODUCTS LTD. Will repair or replace this product if it is found to be defective in material or workmanship. The defective product must be returned to the factory, freight paid, with proof of purchase date.
4. Return defective products to the following address with a detailed description of the problem. Pack it in a box with your name, return address, and telephone number. Shipping charges must be prepaid. Mark carton “Attention: Repair Dept.” 5. Please call before shipping defective Rescue Chair. AOK will issue PO number for repairs to be done. This warranty constitutes Rescue Chair’s entire warranty with respect to the Rescue Chair product. Rescue Chair makes no other warranty or representation either expressed or implied, except as set forth herein. There is no warranty of merchantability and there are no warranties of fitness for any particular purpose. In no event shall Rescue Chair be liable hereunder for incidental or consequential damages arising from or in any manner related to sales or use of any such equipment.
